The Curriculum meets the needs of employers/companies for a structured approach to migrants' work inclusion. The development of this second project result is based on the outputs of the first result, with the aim of bridging the training gaps identified therein. The programme is a "toolbox" including criteria and standards for training and evaluation methods as well as a modular Curriculum for the development of intercultural and socio-emotional skills, strategic in the processes of migrants' work inclusion.
