INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13-14 OF THE GDPR (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) 2016/679
Pursuant to the GDPR regulation, data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, data minimisation and protection of your privacy and rights.
Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679, therefore, the following information is provided:
- The personal data (e-mail, first name, last name, nationality) provided by you (through registration on the website and/or app and/or platform) will be subject:
- in connection with contractual obligations or EULAs of our services:
- processing for the purpose of drawing up reports of a statistical nature;
- of processing for operational management purposes;
- of processing for the purpose of information and training management;
- of processing for legal purposes.
Consequently, in view of the purposes of the processing as outlined above, the provision of data is
mandatory, and failure to provide such data correctly, in part or in full, may result in the impossibility of carrying out the services.
Use of the Service and related data processing is permitted to persons over the age of 18.
The processing will be carried out using manual and/or computerised and telematic tools with organisational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided for by the current provisions.
Personal data will not be disseminated. Personal data may be disclosed to external parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling the above-mentioned purposes (consultants, companies bound by contractual obligations with the data controller, bodies in charge of monitoring the project).
Personal data are retained for the duration of the collaboration/supply/use of the service and, in the event of revocation and/or other termination of the relationship, for a limited period specific to each individual processing in compliance with the principle of retention limitation and to protect the rights of the data owner in the event of any disputes related to the provision of the service.
